Deloitte Legal invites to a panel discussion LegalTech+: The fine art of legal services

The panel will run in two streams.

Stream 1: Best practices of tomorrow

An in-house lawyer is the hub of multiple business processes, the kernel of the company’s compliance framework. The practice of automating individual processes is rapidly outdating. The market demands for comprehensive solutions, offering an infrastructure to accumulate, process, and share knowledge, enabling evaluation of business efficiency, risk management, and decision-making.

A team of lawyers, tax, IT, and business consultants will demonstrate such solutions, capable of reducing the routine workload -   Deloitte Legal HUB, Revolver Online, and a unique IP asset management system.

Stream 2. Tech solutions for protection of IP rights in the art sector

Deloitte CIS launched a new servicing line, Art&Finance, to offer IP rights protection solutions to artists and owners of art. We are heartily welcoming block-chain-based registers in this market (e.g., IPCHAIN): they will ensure transparency of deals and enable rights protection.

So how do we use tech solutions to protect IP and art assets? What are the risks for non-users/late adopters?

MODERATOR:

Anna Kostyra, Managing partner of Deloitte Legal CIS
