International arbitration has become a field of intense competition: arbitral institutions around the world are doing their best to improve their rules and practices to remain in demand among the users. At the same time, new arbitral institutions appear on the stage that are ready to meet the expectations and needs of the modern users.
This background prompts arbitral institutions to become open for the cooperation and dialog, including sharing case management techniques, as well as joining forces to develop new services and initiatives to increase the efficiency of arbitral proceedings.
The following sets of practical considerations are suggested for the discussion among the representatives of arbitral institutions:
