Coordination of tariff regulation at the federal and regional levels and the improvement of legislation in the field of state regulation of tariffs have always been central issues for regulators.

Within this session, the participants will discuss the results of activities in the field of tariff regulation, as well as consider strategic issues of tariff regulation for the coming years. In particular, key attention will be paid to the problems of current price regulation, questions related to the creation of mechanisms that encourage regulated organizations to improve their performance, and the improvement of control and supervisory activities in the field of tariff regulation, as well as its synergy with antimonopoly laws.
