On Wednesday, May 15, the SPILF Private Law Prize was presented to the winner – Professor of Oxford University Jeremias Prassel, during the Plenary Session of the IX St. Petersburg International Legal Forum.
The business programme of the Forum—one of the key professional events for lawyers not only from Russia, but around the world—launches on Wednesday, May 15. These professionals will be joined in discussing the relevant legal agenda by politicians, finance specialists, businessmen, researchers, and guest experts.
Participants access the events of the Forum only upon presentation of the accreditation badge of a delegate or an accompanying person.
The winner of the St. Petersburg International Legal Forum Prize will be named on Tuesday, May 14, at the welcome gala. The prize will be conferred by the Prime Minister of Russia, Dmitry Medvedev, during the SPBILF opening.
Finance and business will be tin the focus of the track ‘Investments. Real Estate. Industry-Specific Legislation. Public Private Partnership’ that promises to become one of the most intensive at the IX St. Petersburg International Legal Forum. The track’s agenda includes 10 sessions devoted both to the Russian and the international business laws.
The III International Insolvency Forum, due to take place as part of the IX St. Petersburg International Legal Forum on 16-19 May 2019, will once again bring together some of the best minds in law and finance – insolvency receivers, judges, entrepreneurs and academics.
The issues of the delivery and taking of evidence will be in the focus of a roundtable to be held as part of the International Law Track.
This is the ninth consecutive year that St. Petersburg gets in the spotlight as the premier platform for a legal meeting of minds, bringing together hundreds of lawyers, attorneys and officials from dozens of different countries.
