Public Talk. Gazprombank Private Banking is a novel type of SPILF’s events, an informal discussion between the participants of the Forum and the bank’s experts and invited professionals.

During the Real Estate Investing panel, experts will address the new format of rental real estate market, compare and analyse Russian and foreign practices. The discussion is going to address the following issues:

1. Global trends of the real estate market development

  • digital technologies and sharing economy. Their influence on the real estate market and emergence of new approaches to profitable real estate.

2. Western experience. Main differences and conditions of its application in Russia

  • buy-to-let format;
  • regulatory specifics of multiple owners’ relations.

3. Prospects of expanding individual investments market into rental real estate

  • rental real estate market in Russia;
  • statistics of individual investments into rental real estate;
  • examples from the Russian practice.

4. Legal aspects. Issues of law enforcement. Solutions

  • the issues of establishing transparent relations between all owners;
  • review of co-ownership issues;
  • effective regulator as a guarantor of transparency of relations between multiple owners.

The panel’s special guest is architect Jo Palma who will deliver a mini-lecture on what highly populated cities such as Chicago, New York, London and São Paulo can teach us.
