Accreditation

Participants access the events of the Forum only upon presentation of the accreditation badge of a delegate or an accompanying person.

How do I obtain the participation badge?

Accreditation badge is issued under the condition that the participant’s application is confirmed by the Organizing Committee according to the Conditions of Participation.

Accreditation badge is issued upon personal presentation of the passport which has been used when registering for the Forum (other documents may not be a ground for issuing badges). Personal badge of a delegate or of an accompanying person may be also issued on the basis of the power of attorney, either notarized or printed on the official letterhead with a stamp and a signature of a designated person.

The photo uploaded in the registration form will be used for a badge.

Rules of Badge Use

Badges are personal and may not be transferred to a third party. Badges must be always worn at all the Forum’s events. Delegates and their accompanying persons need a badge to board shuttle buses.

Any other accreditation cards, identity documents are not valid and may not be a ground for access to the Forum’s venues.

If your accreditation badge is lost, stolen or damaged, please immediately inform the Organizing

Committee staff. The lost badge is made invalid. The duplicate is created on the basis of a written request.
