Julia has an extensive experience in the area of civil, corporate and intellectual property law. She is an author of numerous publications in Russian press related to copyright, licensing, legal regulation of certain issues in the entertainment industry.

Julia is a frequent speaker on various local and international legal events related to media law, intellectual property and arbitration.

Visiting lecturer at the HSE Law School.

Biography

Konstantin Bochkarev is a Head of Intellectual Property and Technology practice of PwC Legal in Russia and the CIS.

He has over 12 years of experience advising top-tier Russian and multinational companies, Internet-startups and venture funds on trademark and patent law, software, data protection, media, technology and general corporate matters.

Before joining PwC Legal, Konstantin was working in Russia and abroad for global IT companies and international law firms.

Konstantin has a degree in Law from the Lomonosov Moscow State University and an LL.M. degree in Law, Science and Technology from Stanford Law School.

Konstantin is a registered trademark attorney and a patent attorney in computer software. He is also a certified Information privacy professional/Europe (CIPP/E).

He is a frequent speaker on various IP and personal data related events and is a visiting lecturer on the Internet, Entertainment and Video game law at the HSE Law School.

Konstantin is admitted to practice law in Russia and New York.

Marianna Ivanova

Biography

In 1997 graduated from the Faculty of Law of Moscow State University.

Work experience is more than 20 years. She was engaged in various issues related to corporate law, participated in foundation and development of large Russian holdings.

Since 2003 Mariana works in the area of media and advertising.

In 2009, she joined Gazprom-Media LLC and provided legal support for ad sales on federal channels and radio stations. Since 2013, she is the Head of Gazprom-Media Legal Department. Actively cooperates with AKAR (Russia Association of Communication Agencies that unites more than 200 leading commercial communications market players in the Russian Federation).

In 2016 she was elected co-chairman of the AKAR Legal Section.

Currently, she is a member of the Expert Council of the Federal Antimonopoly Service.
